What does the Insight fee cover?
The Insight fee covers our premium add-on, which includes nurse-only staffing, a report after every shift, monthly summaries and nurse replacement guarantee. This fee is separate from our regular service fees.
What happens if a nurse can't continue with a round-the-clock arrangement?
Only that specific shift gets covered by a replacement, right away. The other nurse's shift is never affected.
Why two nurses instead of one for round-the-clock care?
One person can't safely provide round-the-clock care alone. Two nurses on fixed 12-hour shifts means your loved one is never left with someone exhausted, and always has one of two familiar, consistent faces, never a rotating cast of strangers.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes. DearGivers Insight runs alongside your recurring booking and can be paused or cancelled any time from your dashboard.
Can I see the reports?
Every shift report is logged to your dashboard as it's filed, plus a monthly summary you can download any time.
