How to pay
You can pay for a booking online with a card, or by bank transfer to our NCB account, in Jamaican or US dollars. You choose at checkout, after you've reviewed your caregiver and the total.

To our NCB account. No processing fee from us.
JMD or USD
Jamaica pays in JMD, overseas in USD. Switch any time.
Pay online with a card
The quickest way to book. Credit and debit cards are accepted, in Jamaican or US dollars. A small processing fee is added and shown before you pay.
- 1At checkout, choose Credit/Debit Card.
- 2Press Process payment. You'll go to a secure payment page to enter your card details. DearGivers never sees or stores your full card number.
- 3Once the payment goes through you're brought back to DearGivers, your caregiver is booked, and a receipt is emailed to you.
Prefer a payment link?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you a link to pay online. Just tell us the reference number of the job you're paying for.

Send the transfer to the NCB account that matches the currency you chose. These are DearGivers Limited's only bank accounts.
For payments in Jamaican dollars

- 1At checkout, choose Bank transfer. The page shows the exact amount to send and the matching account.
- 2Send that amount from your bank to our NCB account. Use the Jamaican dollar account to pay in JMD, and the US dollar account to pay in USD.
- 3Send us your receipt. Upload it on your booking page, send it on WhatsApp, or email payments@deargivers.com. Please include your name and the email on your DearGivers account so we can match it to your booking.
- 4We confirm the transfer, usually within one business day. Your caregiver is officially booked once we have, and you'll get a confirmation email.
Send your receipt by email to payments@deargivers.com or on WhatsApp, whichever is easier for you.
Paying in US dollars or Jamaican dollars
Our prices are set in Jamaican dollars. When you open checkout from Jamaica, you pay in JMD by default. From anywhere else, you pay in USD by default, which is easier for family and friends living abroad who are arranging care for someone at home.
You can switch between JMD and USD at checkout whichever country you're in. For USD, the Jamaican dollar total is converted at the exchange rate for the day. The rate used is shown on the checkout page, and the amount you see is the amount you pay.
Card payments in either currency, and bank transfers to the matching NCB account, are treated the same way. Cash paid directly to a caregiver is always in Jamaican dollars.
No-show backup guarantee. If your caregiver can't make it on a booking you paid for in full, we'll find a replacement or refund you. Read the Terms.
